Our fiber laser tube cutter delivers fast, clean cuts for metal pipes from 15mm to 360mm in diameter, 1000mm to 12000mm in length, and 120-500kg in weight. With 1.5kW to 12kW power options, it handles carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum for automotive, construction, and furniture applications with burr-free, high-efficiency results.
Two support units are mounted on the bed, with two available options:
Servo-driven vertical movement provides real-time support for long, small-diameter pipes prone to deformation. Lowers automatically to avoid interference when the rear chuck passes.
Cylinder-lifted design with manual position adjustment, suitable for supporting pipes of various diameters.
Front and rear full-stroke pneumatic chucks, both movable in the Y-axis. The rear chuck handles clamping and feeding, while the front chuck secures the material. Both are servo-driven for synchronized rotation.
Dual-chuck clamping enables short tail cutting down to 20–40 mm, while also supporting longer tail processing.
The T series adopts a moving-and-avoidance chuck design, allowing continuous dual-chuck cutting for improved stability and consistent precision, even with long pipes.
